Cancelations
Cancelations must be made within 1 hour. Each item is made to order and our team is working to fulfill orders as fast as possible.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope that you will love everything you order, but if something isn’t quite right you can easily return it for an exchange, store credit or refund. See below for our full terms and conditions, and instructions for how to return an item.
• The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, we do not refund the cost of shipping unless the item is deemed faulty by our team.
• You may return your online order within 14 days of your delivery date. We recommend using a traceable shipping method to return your order as we do not accept responsibility for returns that are lost or damaged in transit. Please note that we do not cover return shipping costs.
• All items must be returned clean, with no makeup, deodorant or perfume stains, any strong odor (perfume, cigarette smoke, etc.), unworn and unwashed, with their tags attached and in original packages.
• If your return is not in perfect condition when it reaches our Studio, our Customer Service team will reach out to you to let you know that we are unable to accept it. In these circumstances, your return can be sent back to you (for an additional shipping fee) or donated, whichever you prefer.
• **Faulty or Defective Items ** We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by receiving a faulty item. Our team do ensure all items are subject to a quality control prior to dispatch. In the unlikely case that you do receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible via email: contact@tippistudio.com. Please include your order number and any images of the fault/incorrect item and we will work with you to resolve it as soon as possible.
• Once we receive your return to our Studio, it can take up to ten business days to process your refund (at which time you will receive an email from our team letting you know it has been processed.)

• Refunds will be processed back via your original payment method and store credit will be issued as a gift card. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at contact@tippistudio.com
